TLC Toys has been around since 1990. since then they have created over 60,000 toys worth over One Million Dollars.
TLC Toys was founded by Mel Hartman and has grown so much in the past decade. With help from the local Lions Clubs,lumber
yards and many other organizations provide materials and ways to distribute the toys. TLC Toys has helped make many children
happy for th past 15 years

All the toys are hand made wooden toys. They are made by volunteers. TLC Toys also has inmates in St. Cloud, Fairbualt, and
Shakopee state prisons, that do finsh work on the toys, mainly clear coating.
